Shoreline Negotiation Group is a short sale negotiation firm based in Sarasota County, Florida. We work exclusively in short sale transactions, representing the interests of distressed homeowners and partnering with local real estate agents to bring difficult listings to a successful close.
We founded Shoreline Negotiation Group because we saw how often homeowners in financial hardship were left without clear guidance — handed off between departments, given conflicting information, or simply ignored by lenders. We built a firm dedicated to changing that experience for Sarasota County families.
What Makes Us Different
We are local. We are not a national call center with a Florida phone number. Our team is based in Sarasota County, and we serve homeowners and realtors in the communities we live in — from Sarasota and Venice to North Port, Englewood, and beyond.
